Ballooning is very popular with tourist here in Old Bagan

There are over 2000 surviving monuments in the 50 Sq Km area to fly over

Marco Polo considered the skyline as "one of the finest sights in the world"

A 4 am start to the day for our ballooning adventure!

Starting the Balloon inflation with a huge fan.....

Next a crazy amount of propane is burnt!

Moses the pilot using a lot more propane to get it upright

And then we are ready to climb in.....
