On our return, we happened upon a wedding. We were invited to join in the wedding reception so we did.

The venue was the local village school.  We left a donation as a gift.

All the village people are invited and anyone else who happens along.

It was a really lovely experience!

The groom and bride.  He is an engineer.  He is wearing the traditional colour for their village  Beautiful silk......

This couple met on-line and are probably in their mid 30's. 

We were served chicken rice briani (Bruce's serve had the head of a chicken in it). Amazing mango pickle and delicious soup.
