From the ferry terminal at Fulford Harbour on Saltspring Island, I rode straight to Ganges on the main Fulford Ganges Road It's not a nice road for riding, no shoulders, lots of tourist traffic and a bit dangerous really but after lunch in Ganges and talking to some locals the afternoon ride was fantastic with some big hills......

I got really excited about the idea of a dozen Oysters and a cold beer for lunch......

But, at $28 for the oysters alone, it was not to be...... back to my tin of salmon
