1950's Espresso Machine Rebuild - Part 2a

The cylinders in these outer housings are sleeved

and could be push out using my fly press.... Clever design

Three holes allow the water from the boiler to enter the cylinder....

Then the long level (Pull Handle) moves the piston down compressing the hot water down into the

baskets holding your freshly ground coffee.....

Inside of the sleeves need re-chroming

The piston less rings....

New rods need to be turned up as the old ones are rusted away.....
