This guy was keen to show me his sewing machine which was hand operated not foot

Repairing a shoe....You move the needle assembly not the material being sewn to change direction......

At the local school, this little guy drew me this picture and put his name on it.....

He was happy to have one of John's Australian flags in exchange.......
