Haven't been here for many years.....
The place actual looks good with marinas full of expensive boats....
Much of Vancouver's population lives in apartments (or referred to as Condo's here)
so given this and the fact that this area is perfect for sailing, boat ownership makes good sense.

Heading up Burrard inlet towards Sunset Beach and English Bay.....
