Tavola main - Brick Chicken (with roasted garlic jus)

along with homemade Campanelle, mushrooms, prosciutto and Lemon

and beans.....

I think this was the 2nd best restaurant we ate in on this road trip, the best being a famous restaurant in Lunenburg

Haida Gwaii halibut - the Fish House in Stanley Park

Also a nice dish the following day.......

And that is it for Canada this year - now off to Europe.....
