Staff seem to talk about the issues openly?

The plan now is to fit hydraulics to the steering mechanism....... 

This big lump of steel is the problem........

All the  locals told the management the steel rudder would be unsuitable

The only sea trial to date was to prove the rudder was unusable (it was a short trial!)
