One thing that we were not aware of is that "Regional Tourism" (from India and Bangladesh)

makes up 60% of the tourism market in Bhutan.

May is the peak time for these Regional Tourists as they have school holidays in May

Plus the temperatures in places like Delhi are extremely hot at this time of year
