Side door window treatments

VW Transporter - The Camper Conversion - Front door window treatments....

For the front area we did not want to use the conventional curtain track idea.

Mainly because of the unsightly track itself and also the additional bulk the curtains add around the seat belt area when travelling.

So this concept was born (built on an idea of our mate Dick...)

Just like the "Window shade sock" idea but as a block out.....

The outer top sleeve is white shade cloth - water proof and UV resistant

Just slip them over like this.....

Once again "Rare Earth magnets are used but these are a little bigger and stronger

They hold the sleeve in position - then the door is closed.....

Again the magnet idea is used on the front tab....
