Once the humidity is correct, the leaves are rolled in a machine like this......

Next they are heated in this giant toaster.....

And lastly the processed leaves are sorted......

All this is by hand and the room is a dust cloud!

Workers wear sort of masks but work for many years sorting in this enviromment

The correct brewing and sampling process is interesting.....

A fairly serious 8 km walk leads to a campground complex owned by Glenburn Estates
